A reality that justifies our action : the child suffering from heart disease

They are thousands throughout the world suffering from serious cardiac malformations (i.e., O.8 % of new-borns). Whatever their origins, infectious or congenital, these diseases generate serious disabilities and can lead to death. Very often only a surgical treatment can save these children.

In France, the team of Mecenat Chirurgie Cardiaque Enfants du Monde concentrates all its efforts to find all the generous wills for bringing life to these children. Professor Francine Leca, Head of the Department of Cardiac Surgery Hospital Necker and Patrice Roynette President of Proway Executive Search, a recruitment company, have initiated this exceptional chain of solidarity, efficiency and devotion. Our aim is to save more and more children all over the world.

Mecenat Chirurgie Cardiaque Enfant du Monde summons up all its energies in favour of disadvantaged children suffering from heart disease. Whenever these children cannot receive the appropriate medical assistance in their country of origin, we take care of them by financing their operation and their stay in France which lasts approximately 5 weeks. We do everything possible to allow them to go back home cured and, finally to live normally.

Concerned with perpetuating this action, we have developed our contacts abroad in order to specially train local surgeons. Once their education at Hospital Necker is completed, these doctors/physicians return to their country of origin. In this way, in a short time, they will be able to take over from Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque and rescue the children in their home country.
